Gwen Estigoy smiling

Hello, I'm Gwen.

Founder of All !n Exercise Physiology, a mobile EP service bringing inclusive, evidence-based exercise care to people in their home and community.

I'm an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) with experience across community, public-health, hospital and allied-health settings, including the Aboriginal Medical Service Redfern, Dynamic Motion Physiotherapy, Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, and the Arthritis ACT Foundation, where I founded the All !n Exercise program for the LGBTQIA+ community.

I use a bio-psycho-social approach, meeting clients where they are, physically and otherwise. My practice is mobile, so clients don't need to come to me: I work with them at home, in residential aged care, in community facilities, or via telehealth where that's the better fit.

My approach

Every program starts with a conversation. I take the time to connect with each person: their goals, health, culture, family and community, and what they want their week to look like.

From there, I tailor exercise and chronic disease management to fit (strength, balance, hydrotherapy, Tai Chi, or confident movement at home) and adjust as their needs change.
