Why All !n

Mobile & in-community

I come to you: at home, in residential care, or in your community space.

Inclusive practice

LGBTQIA+ welcoming (Silver Rainbow trained), with culturally informed care for Aboriginal and CALD clients.

Clinical depth across conditions

Type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and falls risk, plus women's health, cancer survivorship, MSK and mental health.

Multiple referral pathways

NDIS, Medicare, aged-care packages, WorkCover, private health and self-funded.

My approach

Every program starts with a conversation. I take the time to connect with each person: their goals, health, culture, family and community, and what they want their week to look like.

From there, I tailor exercise and chronic disease management to fit (strength, balance, hydrotherapy, Tai Chi, or confident movement at home) and adjust as their needs change.

Exercise is one of the best-evidenced treatments we have for Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Cardiovascular Disease and Falls Prevention. My job is to make that evidence work for the person in front of me — their body, their culture, their community — so the program is one they'll actually keep doing.
